Pakistani Actor Adnan Siddique Says ‘Boney Kapoor Was Crying Like A Child On Sridevi’s Death’

Pakistani actor Adnan Siddique shared the same screen with Sridevi in the movie ‘Mom’. When he heard the news of Sridevi’s death, he was shocked to hear it and rushed to the hotel to meet the family. In an interview, he said, “At around 11 o’clock, I received a call from a reporter asking me if Sridevi was murdered. I then called Boney Kapoor and reached to meet him. I was not allowed to go to their room at the hotel. During the initial interrogation, only Boney Kapoor and Dubai Police Officers were present there. I waited for almost one hour in the lobby.

After completion of the interrogation, Boney Kapoor called me up. He was with his friend, his dead wife and his daughter. At that time Boney Kapoor was crying like a child. He was very sad and I was there till 5 o’clock. He was very tense, so I advised him to rest and then I left.”

Adnan was in Dubai to attend the marriage of Sridevi’s nephew Mohit Marwah. He said, “I cannot believe that I met her four days ago and now she has left the world.”

He also said, “I am truly saddened that she is no more with us and we won’t see her again. The people in Pakistan are going to miss her as much as the people in India. God give strength to her family.”

As per latest update, the formalities have been completed by the Dubai officials. The case is now closed by the UAE government and a NOC is also given to the Kapoor family and Indian Consulate.
