Sit on it with your lower back supported, and your feel flat on the floor, legs bent at the knees, or with your feet on a bench, #legs straight. Do a standard crunch, making sure NOT to use your neck muscles to complete the crunch. Do 3 sets of 12 reps. How does this #exercise work at helping you in losing stomach fat?
