5 The Dead Man Stand
Here we have an actual diagram of how the stands worked, and you can also see evidence of the “dead man stand” near the guy on the left’s foot, where the base is peeking out from behind his leg. The stand comes complete with a brace for the back of the neck, so the head doesn’t roll forward on the shoulders.
