Priyanka Chopra, who was to play the leading role in the movie Bharat, suddenly dropped out of the movie on account of her engagement with beau Nick Jonas! The news of the actress’ exit didn’t go well with many in the industry and the next thought was who the new leading face for the movie will be! However, the Director Ali Abbas Zafar has kept is calm throughout these occurring! Here’s the director revealing the leading lady of Bharat!

The Director Ali Abbas Zafar had taken his twitter to reveal it to the people that Priyanka Chopra was no longer a part of the movie Bharat! He wrote, “Yes Priyanka Chopra is no more part of @Bharat_TheFilm & and the reason is very very special , she told us in the Nick of time about her decision and we are very happy for her … Team Bharat wishes @priyankachopra loads of love & happiness for life ”

With this there were speculations that Jacqueline Fernandez might be roped in as the new leading lady in Bharat! On constantly being asked, the director said that the leading face shall be announced soon! He wrote, “Yes yes yes … we will announce the leading lady of Bharat soon.. We have been shooting Non stop and the simultaneously preparing for international schedules ….”
