One of the most awaited film of Shah Rukh Khan ‘Fan’ is finally released. The film is already getting a rave response from fans at the Box-office. Starring SRK in the dual role, high-octane action sequences, Intriguing plot and intense performance. This film has everything in it for all his Jabra fans. Interestingly, there is a lot more unique and fun things happened during the days of shooting and prior to its release on April 15. Here we have gathered 14 Interesting facts that every SRK’s ‘Fan’ must know. Fan was delayed twice because of SRK's knee injury and VFX issues. Fan which was initially slated for release in early 2015, was delayed. SRK has completed Fan before Dilwale and Raees but due to his knee injury problem it got delayed. The other reason for delayed is the post production work of VFX which took more time than expected. ‘Fan’ movie logo is made up of a collage of pictures of SRK’s real fans Fan logo is actually very special in every mean as SRK’s real fans are visible in it. He finally created the replica of Mannat Bungalow in the Film City. SRK underwent for 3D scanning in order to play his own fan. High level of VFX Technology was used in the film to make it look realer. Even for the role of Gaurav, SRK wanted perfection. Even he underwent for digital 3D scanning for his face so that it looks more relatable to the character. Hollywood Make-up artist roped in for SRK’s Fan To create a character like Gaurav out of SRK was not the easiest task. Famous Hollywood Make-up artist Greg Cannom called on the board for the prosthetic look of Gaurav. Greg is a three-time Academy Award winner who also did the make-up work for Rishi Kapoor as a grandpa in Kapoor And Sons! The idea of ‘Fan’ came up eight years ago. The Idea of Making ‘Fan’ movie was erupted in the mind of Maneesh Sharma while assisting for Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. He said, "I can't let Shah Rukh down". It took eight years for the film to come on the floors. Gossip world questioned, is ‘Fan’ is inspired by Hollywood film ‘The Fan’. Since the trailer of the ‘Fan’ surfaced online, its speculated that it was inspired by 1996 film ‘The Fan’ which starred Robert De Niro. SRK will be seen romancing with beauties Ileana D'Cruz and Vaani Kapoor. If you thought the film is just the SRK vs SRK chase and vice versa, then you are wrong! Fan is the first Bollywood film to be shot at Madame Tussauds Museum, London. There is a scene in the film where SRK is standing next to the statues of other superstars at the Madame Tussauds Museum. The unit had taken the special permission for the shoot in the museum. Mobile was not allowed on the sets On the very first day of the shoot, the producers have made it clear that nobody will use the phones during the shooting schedule. Even SRK was not allowed as producers didn’t want SRK’s look to be revealed. ‘Fan’ has also used real footage of SRK's fans. In order to make the film more realistic, the makers have actually used original footage of the actor's fans in the film that was shot during his birthday in 2014 and 2015.
