Is the nation’s booming sex industry to blame for this? Well perhaps Belgium is so boring that husbands and wives find themselves having affairs just to keep things interesting! I would say yes… 8 Spain 39% It only takes a quick glance at any given Spanish woman to understand why the country has a high rate of adultery – Spanish women are absolutely stunning!
