The ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ duo have been friends for the longest time but recently, we have been seeing hints of issues between them. Salman Khan starring ‘Sultan’ and Aamir Khan starring ‘Dangal’ going on floors at the same time could be the reason for this.
Both these movies revolve around wrestling. ‘Sultan’ would be a love story too and ‘Dangal’ is a story about wrestler Mahavir Phogat’s life. Quoting a source,” Salman is going on floors this November and will be seen flaunting two body prototypes. Aamir has planned to start shooting for ‘Dangal’ from September but he will be taking a break in between to shed all the weight he’s gained to shoot for the first half of the film where he plays a young wrestler. Salman doesn’t need to worry about that as he is not playing through different ages in the film.”
‘Sultan’ is slated to release on Eid 2016 and ‘Dangal’ is targeting for a Christmas release. Will Salman khan’s movie overshadow Aamir’s? Well both movies revolve around the same plot and to add to this, both the films are supposedly to be shot in Haryana.
Well, the most important reason for Mr Perfectionist to worry about is that Salman’s film is coming before his, which will make ‘Dangal ‘look repetitive. Who does better is a question only time will answer. All we can do is wait and watch.
