10 Gullfoss Frozen Waterfall
Theologians in the dark ages used to believe this was the entrance to hell because back in those days, they believed it was a cold place. People would even go there and jump in to try to rescue souls they thought had gone to hell. So even though it’s unbelievably gorgeous, it’s also a little creepy and holds a very sad history.
