A runway in Mumbai simply turned a bit special yesterday, as the media witnessed the mega star Amitabh Bachchan walking on it for the 12th edition of Caring with Style fashion show. He was seen wearing a black kurta with white floral designs. Big B left the audiences completely floored as he walked down the ramp at the Cancer Patients’ Aid Association (CPAA) fashion show in Mumbai on Sunday night. Not to forget, those black flared trousers that added a special dash of glam.
He was soon joined by Varun Dhawan and actress Alia Bhatt on the show and were seen winning gazes in their red outfits. While Varun sported a red kurta with silver pants, Alia looked pretty as ever in a bright red, embroidered lehenga and an off-shoulder choli. The three Bollywood stars were showcasing designs by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. And that’s not all–the trio was also seen shaking a leg to the popular Bollywood number, Tamma Tamma.
Bachchan, who recently wooed his audiences with an extraordinary performance in Pink, later added, ”Charities exist because of donations. We all gather here to urge you with folded hands to make generous contributions as you can. It is a very sad sight to see young children suffering from cancer, and your contributions can give opportunity to these children to live a full and healthy life. He also made a spontaneous donation of 1.1 million to CPAA.
