#4 Boise State
As we’ve mentioned already, some schools are the best (only) thing happening in their region. But when it comes to Boise, the football team literally is the only significant thing happening on their campus. The schools is only a generation removed from community college, and even then not really. So to have such an established tailgate party is quite an accomplishment. In fact, it’s their only accomplishment.
