They may be down right now, but they’re not out. USC has the biggest tailgate on the west coast, and it has a lot going for it. Sun, celebrity and hype go along way for quality tailgating. Now, if they manage to stick around during these “trying” times in Troy, we may bump them up the list. But when you’re up against one of the most popular places to live on the planet, it’s an uphill battle.
