Shah Rukh Khan Compares KKR Player Andre Russell with Prabhas Aka Amarendra Baahubali.
Andre Russell helped Kolkata Knight Riders beat Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by five wickets in their Indian Premier League match on Friday. Kolkata Knight Riders co-owner Shah Rukh Khan led the praise for Andre Russell with a photoshopped picture of the all-rounder as a character from the blockbuster film, Baahubali.
The Superstar makes sure to be present at every KKR match and cheer his team players from the stands. When the actor teams up with one of the most devastating cricketers, it sure becomes the talk of the time.
“Well played boys @KKRiders @lynny50 @NitishRana_27 @robbieuthappa . Each one in the team did so well but you all will agree all words of praise r worth less than this picture…,” Shah Rukh Khan tweeted.
Kolkata Knight Riders needed 67 runs from 26 balls when Andre Russell walked into the crease. Everyone felt that Virat Kohli led RCB will at last taste a win in IPL 2019.
Russell hit a four and a seven sixes to win the match with five balls to spare. He scored an unbeaten 49 vs SunRisers Hyderabad, 48 vs Kings XI Punjab and 62 vs Delhi Capitals before the match against RCB.
Shah Rukh Khan was left awestruck with the superb performance of his player and he photoshopped Andre Russell’s face in the poster of Rajamouli’s magnum opus “Baahubali” in place of Prabhas.
