The movie has a great cast like the Padma Shri award-winning actress Kajol who plays a character named Eela, Actor Riddhi Sen played a character of her son as Vivan. Tota Roy Chowdhury as Vikram, Neha Dhupia as Lisa who advises Eela in a movie. It will be amazing to see these cast on- screen together.

The concept of Modern mother

The Kajol’s character name is Eela, who was once an aspiring singer and she left her career behind because she was only parents to her teen son Vivaan, but after hers on advises her to learn something she gets the idea of completing her education in the same college of her son after 20 years. she wants to be a mother at the same time a learner. Well, how you will react when you and your mother studies in the same class??

Most Indian mothers are like Eela. We are all Eela essentially, we are all obsessed with our children, albeit in varying degrees. Everything that Eela does is because she loves her son and he does everything from a place of love too. So there is no one right or wrong in this film.

The film has amazing songs like “Mumma Ki Parchai” and “Yaadon Ki Almari”. The song is a hilarious take on the ever-nagging avatar of Kajol’s character (as the mother). It is composed by Amit Trivedi and voiced by Pradeep Sarkar’s son, Ronit Sarkar and Palomi Ghosh.

The film is directed by Pradeep Sarkar and written by Mitesh Shah, the film will hit theatres on 12 October 2018.
