4. Parzania
Azhar Mody’s role played by Parzan Pithawala.
The title meaning ‘Heaven and Hell on Earth’, Parzania is a Rahul Dholakia directorial starring Naseeruddin Shah and Sarika in the lead roles. The film is set against the plot of Gujarat Riots of 2002. It is inspired by a true story of a 10 year old boy named Azhar Mody (Parzaan Pithawala in the film), who went missing on 28th February 2002 during the Gulbarg society massacre where 69 people were killed. The film takes us through the journey of his family in search of him.
