Vikas Manaktala is a popular actor in Hindi serials and films. He came to fame after he essayed the role of Amardeep Hooda in the army based show Left Right Left on Sab TV. The show was highly popular among the youngsters then and so the actor got much popularity.
Vikas Manaktala is a Pukka Delhite born and brought up in the metro city. He was born on 10 February 1984 in Delhi. Belonging to a conservative Punjabi family, Vikas has two sisters. His residence is in Tilak Nagar Delhi. He is very close to his family and is a sweetheart among his sisters. He studied in Meera Model School Delhi and was brilliant at studies. He enrolled for a course in Arts and took his masters in it from the DCAC College. Thanks to his good height and great looks, it was not difficult for him to get offers from modeling. He started his modeling career at the age of 20. He was a popular ramp model in Delhi and Mumbai.
Vikas appeared in many ad films as well. He came in everyone’s notice for his advertisement with Amitabh Bachchan and one with Shah Rukh Khan. He participated in Mr. India contest and won the contest. This opened up ways for his acting debut on TV. He was seen in the role of Cadet Amardeep Hooda in the popular show Left Right Left on SAB TV. The show has gone down as one of the most watched youngster’s show on TV. Based on army camp activities, this show was a gripping one. Following that he acted in another show titled Main Naa Bhoolungi on Sony TV. Presently he acts in the show Ghulaam on Life OK.
