Shocking – pakistani actress Mahira Khan replaced our Indian girl Ankita Shorey for Raees

While there were several names cropping up during the pre production time of the film for the role opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Raees which held no authenticity,we hear from some reliable sources within the production house and director’s team who were working on the project then that in reality the only girl who got a call from the production house at that time for an official look test was Ankita Shorey which nobody is aware of . The makers that time thought that she could fit the role and was soon called in. Later Mahira was discovered and both the names were shortlisted and was a tough decision to choose between the 2. We hear from the sources with in the team that people in the Raees team were very impressed with  Ankita’s performance but finally Mahira was chosen over ankita because the role demanded a Pakistani Actress that time.
