Sanjay Singh, the MSc holder in Organic Chemistry (no, we would not get into more chemistry) from Lucknow Christian College is also a Ph.D in Chemistry from the Lucknow University. The point here is that Singh was just doing his job all right as the food safety officer in Barabanki from 2013.
