Shahrukh Khan In Trouble; Legal Case Filed Against Him
It seems Shahrukh Khan has been going through bad times. A few days ago his son Aryan was badly injured and now he has faced yet another problem. If you remember some months back Shahrukh made a railway tour from Mumbai to Delhi in August Kranti Rajdhani Express to promote his film Raees. When he halted at the Vadodara railway station, fans rushed in to get the glimpse of the superstar. Fans flooded at the railway station and police failed to control which led to the death of a fan and two policemen got injured.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (Western Railway) Tarun Barot filed a case on April 2017 before the judicial magistrate in which he stated that Shahrukh Khan and Excel Entertainment Pvt Ltd, be booked under IPC section 304a2 and sections of Railway Act in a case of stampede and chaos at Vadodara railway station on 23rd January 2017.
Lawyer Jitendra Solanki who had lodged a complaint said that Shahrukh Khan and his team broke security and safety guidelines throwing T-shirts and balls towards the crowd present on the platform.
Below is the statement.
“If Shah Rukh Khan had not thrown T-shirts, balls and other things towards the public, then such an incident would not have occurred, thus owner of Excel Entertainment Pvt Ltd Mumbai and film actor Shah Rukh Khan should be booked under the IPC sections 279 (rash and negligent act), 336 (act endangering life or personal safety of others), 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others), 338 (causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others), 304a2 (causing death by negligence) and sections of Railway Act 145,152,175 and 179,”
Shahrukh is in the soup now and unfortunately, it can’t be changed now. We can only wish that Shahrukh comes out of this trouble soon.
