Manyata Dutt’s recent photo which she uploaded on Instagram will definitely remind you the reason behind Sanjay Dutt’s punishment. On his 57th birthday, Manayata shared a picture with a lamp stand which appears like an assault rifle at sanjay dutt’s home
Actor Sanjay Dutt walked free from Pune’s Yerawada Jail this February after completing his prison term following his conviction in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. He was given a sentence of five years for possessing illegal weapons such as a 9 mm pistol and an AK 56 assault rifle in relation to blast. From May 2013, the 56-year-old actor had been in jail – as prisoner number 16656 – to complete 42 months out of a total of five years of imprisonment that was awarded to him by a special court, and subsequently confirmed by the Supreme Court in 2013. In 2007-08,Sanjay Dutt had served 18 months in jail before and in May 2013 he surrendered to serve the rest of his sentence.
The notable point here is that the rifle Ak-56 had led him arrested in the past. And none of us would prefer decorating our house with things that brings the remembrance of tumultuous incidents that happened in the past. However we were quite shocked to see a picture in which a lamp stand in his house was shaped exactly like an assault rifle.
Obviously, we were astonished and we thought of sharing it with you. This is not a joke. One the picture shared by Manyata had it flaunted. She posed next to a rifle shaped lamp which appeared gold plated. It took him many restless years to shake off the case and start a new life as a free man. But, its quite gladdening to see that the thing that got him arrested in the past is used as a jewel to decorate his house.
