A 100 acre property was purchased by Salman Khan about eight years ago in the Gorai beach located at the suburban area of Mumbai. Now, the actor has started building a fresh new farmhouse from scratch.
Salman does own a farmhouse in Panvel also that is the prime location of the parties and private gatherings held by the actor. It is reported that the actor is on its way on constructing a luxurious 5-BHK holiday home on the said property. The property will be sea-facing and will consist a gym, viewing theater, swimming pool and look like a quaint bungalow.
In the backyard of his farmhouse, a whole playground will be setup where the actor and his close friends as well as family members will be able to use all the terrain motorbikes owned by the actor. On the same estate, two other bungalows are also being made for the family and coming guests.
Riding high with his recently largely successful film Sultan, the actor also sold off some of his flats in Mumbai in the mean time. The sell off money might be spend in full in this 100 acre property, which will be more like a ranch in comparison of a farmhouse. The Gorai property will be having all the facilities from games and to other means to chill out on the off days.
Apparently, Salman Khan is searching for other properties to put his money, seeming like a planning that might him after retirement.
This farmhouse is getting a lot of popularity before its build like the Panvel farmhouse where the actor generally celebrates Ganesh Chathurthi with his family members.
