Chris Evans gets nervous as he drops his dog Dodger at hospital for surgery!

Actor Chris Evans, who has played the tough role of Captain America, has the softest heart and is the most adorable dog-dad! Admitting our loved ones to hospitals can be tough on many, sharing the news of his rescue dog, Dodger, the actor shared two pictures of himself cuddling the dog and pens down a nervous post.

Showing his love and concern for the health of his pet dog, Dodger, Chris on July 23, took to his Twitter handle, “Surgery day! Just dropped him off. Picking him up tomorrow morning.” “If today is any indication, I’m going to be a VERY nervous parent,” Chris wrote on the micro blogging site.

Evans is a classic dog-dad and loves to shares pictures with Dodger on his social media handles. Their videos often show the duo cuddling and playing.  In one of the lovely videos of Dodger, the doggo is seen singing along with a musical lion. While in another video, Dodger could be seen jumping with happiness after meeting Evans weeks apart, as the actor was busy working on a movie. In this adorable video, excited Dodger greets his dad, Chris, by landing loads of kisses and licks all over his face.

Evans had met Dodger in a very unique and destined way. It was like if the destiny conspired so that the two could find each other. This adorable duo had first met on the sets of the movie ‘Gifted’. During one of the last scenes, that was shot at a shelter, Evans saw Dodger. The actor didn’t know at first that the dogs weren’t show pups and were only hired for the scene, and were actually up for adoption. When Evan got the news he adopted the Dodger. Evans even documented their first meeting and posted it on the micro blogging site, Twitter. Dodger was also seen on the Graham Norton show ‘May’, where he was seen, twining with Chris. Dodger wore a knit sweater on his debut show just like his dads’.
