Meet Bros reigned despite the rain
Musical duo rocks a gig at IIT Dhanbad despite heavy downpour; gig goes on till wee hours
Celebrated composer-singer duo Meet Bros, comprising Manmeet Singh and Harmeet Singh, were to perform at a gig in IIT Dhanbad recently. While around 8,000 students had gathered to groove with the Chitiya Kalaiya, High Heels and Baby Doll hitmakers, the performers weren’t sure if they would hit the stage, thanks to the sudden downpour and thunder.

A source from the venue says, “But the students, who came for the concert at Srijan (IIT Dhanbad’s cultural festival) were so optimistic. They didn’t leave the venue despite the rain. Finally, the duo hit the stage around 1 am when the rain stopped. The gig went on till 3 am. The attendees had a blast. They danced non-stop.”
