Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, who is currently busy with the shoots of âQuanticoâ Season 2, has nearly rejected 6 Hollywood films. Yes, this looks like a complete shock to us but we have to believe in it. In one the recent interviews, she reveals a lot about her busy schedule and her future plans related to movies.
Priyanka, who was recently in the tinsel town, says that she met Directors Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Karan Johar, Zoya and Farhan Akhtar but didnât signed for any movie. She revealed the reason behind that in the interview. She said, âMy schedule is water-tight till March, 2017 as I am contractually bound to wrap up the second season of âQuanticoâ. It would be great if season three comes along as itâs a progressive show, which airs in 200 territories worldwide. I get to interact with an audience that may have never known me through my feature films.â
When asked about her future projects, mainly in Hollywood, she said, âI am not only saying no to Bollywood films. I have also turned down more than six Hollywood films. I am rejecting films across industries. Iâm going to pick the best and do only one film from each side next year. Even that would mean pushing myself against time. But Iâm a 70mm girl who can never give up Hindi films. Main toh apni TV series bhi 70mm pe dekthi hoon.â
Well, She is good in taking decisions on the right time but we really miss her to see more in the upcoming Hollywood films. Due to her contractual reasons with âQuanticoâ, she had no option to reject the movies but we hope that she do sign, movies which have good screen time for her.
She will next be seen in Hollywood flick âBaywatchâ, which also stars Zac Efron, Dwayne Johnson.
