Well we have no idea what this means ! Maybe constantly a huge number of people are trying to block him because their lives are wasted by this Facebook. But developers say it is impossible to block Mark Zuckerberg because a lot of people trying to block him are kicked out by the automated system. This is a general error which is same for everyone. It is generated due to too many users trying to block one user.
