Rakesh Roshan as a director had his own share of flops in the 90’s and 80’s. However, he finds a place in this list merely for the consistency he has shown. Roshan has directed many films since 1995 and from them, 4 have emerged as blockbusters!

Aditya Chopra nearly made it to the list; however his last release, ‘Befikre’ was a major flop which ended his success streak as a director. Kabir Khan too has been associated with several successful films however the failure of ‘Phantom’ curtailed his chances to make it to the list.
Farhan Akhtar also has a fairly successful filmography as a director. Out of the four films that he has directed, only ‘Lakshya’ was not a profitable venture. Same is the case with ‘Shoojit Sircar’ who has made just one unsuccessful film in the form of ‘Yahaan’ in his career.
