Story:
Mahendra aka Prabhas was announced as a king but before the crown ceremony, he was assigned work to visit the kingdom. Mahendra falls in love for Devasena aka Anushka Shetty. Bhallaldeva aka Rana Daggubati poisons the mind of her mother Sivagami. After that Sathyaraj aka Kattapa kills Amarendra. The story unwraps how Amarendra son Mahendra Bahubali fight it out with Bhallaldeva.
Plot:
The story starts with Sivagami who announces Amarendra as the new king, but before that, she tells him to visit the kingdom before his anointment. This is when he lost his heart to Devasena from the Kunthala Kingdom. Amarendra Bahubali fights with enemies with Devasena to save the Kunthala Kingdom. They fall in love for each other and soon Amarendra brought Devasena to the Mahasmati Kingdom. On the other hand, Bhallaldeva also had a crush on Devasena. To Kill Mahendra and to get Devasena, he poisons the mind of her mother Sivagami. What follows is the murder of Bahubali by Katappa and how his son Mahendra Bahubali takes his revenge against Bhallaldeva.
