Bahubali 2 Actress Anushka Shetty Reveals Her Diet And Fitness Secrets
When asked about her diet plan and fitness secret, she said that she believes in eating healthy fruits and vegetables along with six litres of water everyday to keep herself hydrated all the time. She totally avoids eating junk foods. To get the slim look for her role in Bahubali 2, dry fruits, salads, sprouts, fresh fruit juice, soups and veggies were instructed to eat by her nutritionist. She even went to the U.S for a special weight loss programme.
The actress also trained herself in horse riding, archery, and sword fighting for her role in Baahubali 2.

She also did yoga and exercised every day for 30 minutes which helped her to lose weight and look trimmed on screen. She regularly kept a check on her diet and didn’t allow herself to gain weight.
