Anurag Kashyap is one of those realistic filmmakers, whose films have travelled from India to Cannes at three times. There was an instance, when he even quitted Twitter when the Indian Oscar selection committee didn’t choose The Lunchbox. He first tweeted, “I don’t know who the federation is but it goes to show, why we completely lack the understanding to make films that can travel across borders.” Apart from this, he even said,”Bye bye twitter.
