7 Bollywood Actors with Ongoing Court Cases In a shocking case of events, when the ‘Reel-Life meets Real-Life,’ many of our actors have been accused and some found guilty. Here are seven actors who got in trouble with kanoon’s long hands. 1) Sanjay Dutt Involved in probably one of the most notorious and serious criminal Lawsuits, Sanjay Dutt has been found guilty under the Arms Act. He has been sentenced to a 5 year rigorous imprisonment. Seems like Munna-Bhai has reached the end of his road. 2) Shiney Ahuja Shiney Ahuja was well on his way to making it big in Bollywood, especially after a series of good films. But he let lust take the best of him and was accused of molesting his 20 year old maid in 2009. He confessed to his crime and is currently bailed and unemployed. 3) Saif Ali Khan Known as the Nawaab of Bollywood, this Prince dirtied his hands by engaging in a brawl at the Taj Hotel in 2012. He is also involved in the infamous ‘Chinkara Poaching’ case along with Salman Khan. He was recently asked by the Union Home Ministry to return the Padma Shri conferred upon him in 2010. 4) Salman Khan In 2002, Salman Khan ran over pavement dwellers, killing one and injuring four. In 2006, Salman ran into trouble again when he was involved in poaching the endangered blackbucks in Rajasthan. Judgment in both the cases is pending. Why don’t you try Being Human for once, Salman? 5) Fardeen Khan Son of the late Feroz Khan, Fardeen was arrested in 2001 for possession of cocaine. We thought that he’d have learnt from his mistakes, but not much to our surprise, he was caught in 2010 again for possession of one gram Cocaine. 6) John Abraham Known for his ‘Biker Boy’ image, thanks to Dhoom, John Abraham is also a well-known bike enthusiast. He was booked by the cops in 2006 for rash driving. He injured two pedestrians in the accident. 7) Shahrukh Khan So many Khans on the list! Well, the Baadshah had a tiff with the security personnel at Wankhede and he ended up hurling a lot of verbal abuses at the guards. The result? Maharashtra Cricket Association banned SRK from entering Wankhede for 5 years and the Mumbai Police filed a Non-Cognizable Offence against him. All we would like to say at the end of this shocking piece is that at the end of the day, everyone should be treated equally by the Law. Star, or no star, when the mallet falls, justice shall be delivered to one and all, irrespective of their stardom/ social status.
