We all know that the Indian mainstream awards go to the kitty of most talented actresses. It is still not clear whether those actresses are having the massive popularity or not but they have the capability to alter the careers of a lot if professional. On throwing light on the mainstream Bollywood awards, touted as most prestigious ones of the world of Hindi cinema, we find that it is crystal clear that the Filmfare Award goes to the kitty of most deserving actors. For quite some time it is making headlines that the Filmfare Awards goes only to those actors who have made it a habit of attending the award ceremony year after year. It is not clear anyway whether this point is factually correct or not. But here also Amrita never grabbed The Filmfare Best Actress Award. Shilpa Shetty: One of the most commercially successful actresses who never won The Filmfare Award for Best Actress happened to be Shilpa Shetty. Interestingly, Shilpa displayed her worth in International shows like Big Brother by winning the same as first Indian celebrity to get this title. Raveena Tandon: Ravishing Raveena is fondly addressed by her fans as the ‘Mast-Mast girl.’ Raveena was most popular and at the pick of her career during the 1990s. The actress is having super hit movies in her kitty including Mohra, Dilwale, Andaz Apna Apna and so on. But she never received The Filmfare Best Actress Award. Twinkle Khanna: Twinkle Khanna started her short span of filmy career with Bobby Deol in the movie Barsat. She also featured in some of the mainstream movies. But the actress never won The Filmfare Best Actress Award. Mahima Chowdhary: Mahima Chowdhary made her acting debut with the Subhash Ghai’s Pardes to emerge as the most popular actress of her time. But Mahima never won The Filmfare Best Actress Award. Sonali Bendre: The actress, known for her everlasting beauty, was popular for being a commercial actress. But she never won The Filmfare Best Actress Award. Konkona Sen Sharma: Regarded as the ocean of talent, Konkona Sen Sharma mostly receives appreciations from critics for her acting performances in the movies including, Mr and Mrs Iyer. But the actress never won the Filmfare Best Actress Award. Lara Dutta: Despite being the most successful commercial actress, Lara Dutta never gave The Filmfare Best Actress Award. Bipasha Basu: Bipasha also never won The Best actress Filmfare Award despite that fact that she is known to be one of the most versatile actresses of the Bollywood. Kalki Koechlin: Kalki Koechlin is the most creative and talented actress of the contemporary times. She showcased her acting skills in films like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Dev D. Surprisingly; she too never won The Filmfare Best Actress Award.
