In the last few years, he has completely turned Vegan. He did this after seeing an hour long video presentation by a doctor who shown him the risk of a wrong diet. Even before his 50th Birthday, the star has announced that he will now follow a vegan diet. He avoids milk and ghee in his daily food. 2)Jacqueline Fernandez Jacqueline is a fitness freak and she makes sure that she follows a strict vegan diet. She also promotes the same and encourages people to follow veganism. 3)Kangana Ranaut Hails from Himachal Pradesh, she is also a strict follower of veganism. She was also awarded as the hottest vegetarian celebrity in 2013 by PETA. She once said, "Veganism as a way of life is deeply rooted in the Indian ethos. I switched to being a vegan and this has made a lot of difference in my life. I am very happy now." 4) Lisa Haydon She is one of the oldest follower of Vegan in the Celebs list. Since her childhood, she is following a strict vegan diet. Lisa says it because of her mother's cooking she is still following the path of veganism. She keeps herself around greener diet and stays from dairy products. 5)Alia Bhatt Alia Bhatt who is ruling the Bollywood Industry with her back to back impeccable performances also follow a vegan chart. In one of her interview, she said, "It's definitely because of the heat that I am staying off meat, and I'm beginning to enjoy my new diet. I never was a hardcore non-vegetarian anyway. As of now, I am a vegetarian, and I hope it will last." 6)Sonakshi Sinha She was one of the healthiest looking actresses but now she transformed into something more leaner. She was last seen in Force 2 and her looks were totally different. She also adopted a vegan diet as she fights against animal cruelty. 7)Shahid Kapoor After reading the book Life Is Fair, Shahid opted for a vegan diet.
