‘Yeh Hain Aapke Achhe Din?’ : Kapil Asks NaMo In An Angry Tweet!

The ace comedian and actor Kapil Sharma is known for his 'out-of the-box' comic timing and is capable of having everyone in splits through his whacky jokes. Well, today, we got to see another side of him, which is rarely witnessed by any of us. Kapil Sharma took to Twitter to vent out all his frustration saying he was asked to pay a bribe of Rs 5 lakh to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to get his office made. He tagged the Prime Minister of India and tweeted, "I am paying 15 cr income tax from last 5 year n still i have to pay 5 lacs bribe to BMC office for making my office @narendramodi." https://twitter.com/KapilSharmaK9/status/774040562450178048 Kapil even made a sarcastic remark saying, "Yeh Hain Aapke Achhe Din?" https://twitter.com/KapilSharmaK9/status/774045825764917248 Kapil has always been a fan of Narendra Modi and often expressed his wish that he'd like to have The Hon' Prime Minister on his show on some special episode, someday. He'd stated, "If we have Mr Modi on the show we will not talk about politics, party and all. I would love to know how a man from a small town has come this far and became the PM of our country. It’s an inspirational story. I will try and talk to him." Apparently, Kapil's tweet is an appeal from someone who needs help from the Prime Minister of our country in order to resolve one of the most dangerous setbacks of our country - corruption. Kapil's tweet is a voice of all the common men in India who are helpless in the face of corruption in our country. Following Kapil's sarcastic tweet, the BJP MP Kirit Somaiya from Mumbai North East constituency tweeted saying, "It pains to here experience of #KapilSharma to Slum Dwellers of Bribe @ Mumbai MunicipalCorporation V shall Free BMC from Rule of ScamMafias." https://twitter.com/KiritSomaiya/status/774092670054440962 Kapil has a huge fan following and thereby his tweet reached to millions. Maharashtra Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis replied to Kapil Sharma's tweet assuring him that strict action will be taken against the culprit. https://twitter.com/Dev_Fadnavis/status/774093622098563072 The BMC was quick to reply regarding this matter and the BMC vigilance Chief Engineer, Manohar Pawar, stated that they have taken the problem of corruption seriously and would like to help Kapil in every possible way and requested the actor to reveal all the details regarding the person who asked him to pay a bribe so as to enable the civic body to take strict action against the official. BMC vigilance Chief Engineer, Manohar Pawar, said the actor needs to provide them with all the details on the matter. Pawar stated, "He must have made these allegations with some base hence we need him to provide us with all the evidence he might have and the name of the official. Depending on the same action would be initiated." Well, we hope the matter gets resolved soon!
