The most awaited film ‘Kalank’, has been the most talked film since its inception. Varun Dhawan fighting a bull has been compared to the bullfighting scene from Baahubali, in which Rana Daggubati displays his strength on screen. In a recent interview, he revealed that all the blood one sees on the screen is Varun’s own and he literally gave it his blood, sweat and tears. There was nobody double used as the director wanted him to do all his stunts.
He revealed that despite having an injury on the knee, he moved into a surburban hotel next to the Film City to save time and shot for the scene. He also shot bare chested for a few portions in Kargil in blistering cold.
The plot of the film that features an ensemble cast including Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit, has been one of the best kept secrets of Bollywood.
