She rose to popularity with ‘Kabhii Sautan Kabhii Sahelii’ serial in 2001. She has done a number of TV serials in last 20 years but she will be always remembered for her negative role of Komolika Basu in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay‘. It was her negative performance that made her a household name from 2001 till 2008.
