Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone as Padmavati
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next directorial, ‘Padmavati’ which is based on the life of Queen of Chittorgarh, Rani Padmini aka Padmavati. It is confirmed that Deepika would be playing the role of Padmavati whereas there are only rumors on who the lead actor might be. Earlier it was Ranveer but now other names going around are, Shahid Kapoor, Fawad Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan.
