TV actors Rachana and Jeevan died in a horrific car accident on their way to Kukke Subramanya Temple on Thursday night. The actors were traveling in a car, which collided with a truck that was parked near Magadi. The unfortunate accident took place on Thursday night.
Rachana is known for her roles in Triveni Sangama, Mahanadi, and Madhubala. Kannada actors Rachana and Jeevan were going to the Kukke Subramanya temple for celebrating the birthday of the actor Karthik. Some other actors like Honnesh, Ranjith, Utthamm and Eric, who were working on the Kannada TV series Mahandi also sustained minor injuries. These actors were admitted to the local hospital here. Magadi Police has registered the case regarding the accident.
Both the actors Rachana and Jeevan died on the spot. This horrific accident took place, when actors of Mahanadi were returning to Bangalore after celebrating the birthday of the actor Karthik. Rachana was a very popular actress, who has worked in multiple Kannada small screen shows.
