At first, ‘The Ring’ was locked as the title of the film. But later, producers thought that an English title won’t suit the movie and so decided to think of some better name. After a lot of thinking they chose ‘Rehnuma’ as the title which means guide. The name being an Urdu one, many audiences couldn’t understand the meaning of the word. Now, their team have come up with the name Raula, which means ‘noise’ in Punjabi.
We got to know from sources that Imtiaz Ali suggested the name Raula but SRK hasn’t confirmed it yet. The film is a romantic drama film which has a European tour guide played by Shah Rukh Khan and a Gujarati touring girl played by Anushka Sharma. SRK is still in search of a suitable title for the movie though.
