Star-Studded Sarbjit Premiere held In Mumbai

Bollywood’s upcoming Biopic film ‘Sarbjit’ premiere has finally flagged on Thursday night in Mumbai. It was one of the rare occasions where we could actually see the whole Bachchan family gracing the event including Sarbjit film star cast. The film trailer and songs have already garnered a great response from the audience and the makers are quite sure that the story will reach the remotest part of the country. At the International level, the film has already showcased at the Cannes Film Festival and now it’s all set to hit the theatres on Coming Friday. The film is based on Sarabjit’s real life story, who has mistakenly crossed the borders and implicated for Spying and Terrorism in Pakistan. He was in Pakistan jail for more than two decades and her sister Dalbir Kaur tried every possible effort to free him but eventually he was attacked by other prisoners and eventually lost his life. The film showcases most importantly on the 23-year long struggle of Dalbir Kaur, who brave effort has made everyone’s heart warm. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is reprising his role on the celluloid, now holds a great bond with the family. Aishwarya, who was present in the premiere with his family said, “It’s a very sincere piece of cinema straight from the heart. Most important for us as a team is that this is being made very sensitively, keeping in mind the sensitivity of the subject and the members of the family most importantly” Even Aishwarya thanked the Uttar Pradesh government for made the movie tax-free in the state. Aishwarya said, “The hope and attempt for the whole team to see where all it can be tax-free. But right now, we would like to thank Uttar Pradesh chief minister wholeheartedly. It means a lot and it means that the film will reach far and wide.” When Randeep Hooda was asked about his role, He goes on to say, “The nervousness part was before I did it and while I was doing it. Now it’s over, it’s not in my hands so it is an excitement to share it with people.” The event was also graced by ‘Housefull 3’ actor Actors like Riteish Deshmukh, Ali Fazal, Manish Paul, Saqib Saleem, Athiya Shetty, Hussain Kuwajerwala, Darshan Kumar and much more. The producers of the film also The producers of the film Bhushan Kumar with wife Divya Khosla Kumar, Sandeep Singh, Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshika Bhagnani have also spread the glitz in the mega premiere. Helmed by Omung Kumar, the film also stars Richa Chadda, Darshan Kumaar in titular roles. The film is slated to release on May 20.
