The fitness enthusiast, who has always been at the forefront of noble causes and has contributed to the society in his own ways, has decided to support Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Swachh Bharat initiative thereby creating public awareness about hygiene.
Recently, while Sonu was on his way back to home from international airport, he was aghast to see waste and garbage loitering around the streets, especially during the monsoon season. That’s when the fitness enthusiast thought of creating awareness about hygiene and clean environment.
Doing so, the handsome hunk will be working closely with the people residing in his society and also his friends to clean his building premises. The actor will also be hiring a team of people who will help him to create a healthy environment.
Sonu says, “Personal hygiene is important, as is staying mentally stimulated, but one thing we don’t often think about is the relationship between our health and keeping a clean environment. A good environment is essential for our health and wellbeing.”
“A major factor for people being happy is the quality of life they live. Many factors contribute to a quality life and cleanliness and hygiene is one of those,” Sonu adds.
