After playing a journalist in ‘Noor’, Sonakshi is back to tickle your funny bones in ‘Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi’. Sonakshi and Jassi Gill are new additions in the sequel.
In an interview with filmymantra.com Sonakshi shared her experience working with the young talent Jassi Gill. She said, “He is actually a lot of fun to shoot with. He is a very very fine actor and I have discovered this while we were shooting. Jassi is also a wonderful singer. He used to constantly sing on the set. So, it is nice to work with people who have nice and such positive vibes. I am glad that he has made his debut with this film and I wish him a bright future in Hindi films as well.”
“For the first ten days, Jassi didn’t talk to me. He would just not talk to me and didn’t know what to call me. We were shooting in Amritsar and I met him during one of the readings. In the initial days, it was just ‘hi’ and ‘hello’ and he was very quiet. Then we started shooting and he used to sit in a corner with his phone and didn’t even utter a word. I thought what’s wrong with him. On the last day of the shoot after the pack up, his manager came to my manager and said, ‘Jassi wants to take a photo with Sona Maam’. He was very happy and took a selfie and uploaded it and his fans were even happier. After this, the ice broke and he was relaxed,” added Sonakshi.
