SHOCKING SECRET BY 256-YEAR-OLD MAN BEFORE HIS DEATH HAS LEFT EVERYONE’S JAW DROPPED!

Firstly, it is very shocking as well as astonishing to hear about a 256 year old man. I mean I wish my Grandparent’s would have lived so long. But unfortunately not, So here is this man about whom I need to tell you all.

Meet Li Ching Yuen who was living till 256 years old. Jaw dropped? Obviously, it should be. It is not a fairy tale nor a fictional character but a true story of this old man, who is not with us anymore.

 

According to a newspaper of New York – New York Times in 1930 revealed about an incidence of 1827. It congratulated the old man on his 150th birthday. This epic history was found by Professor Wu Chung – Chieh of Chengdu University. He also revealed about the further documents which congratulated the old man on 200th birthday in 1877. In 1928 the newspaper wrote that in Li Ching’s neighborhood many if the old man did propound that their Grandfathers knew him when they were young boys. So, anonymous.

This man began his career when he was just 10 years. He used to gather herbs in mountain ranges and also used to learn about their potency of their long living. Can you believe that for almost 40 years he suvived on diets of only and only herbs. It is hard to believe though. During his 70’s he was a teacher of Martial Arts in Chinese armies. And the another jaw dropping thing is, he married 23 times and was a father of 200 children. But then also he was the much lovable one amongst his community.

He was a literate child. Till he completed his century he used to collect herbs from different cities. And after that he left searching for herbs and started selling herbs brought by others.

Do you know what he said on his death bed? He said ‘I have done all that i have to do in this world’. So sentimental he was.

He has a secret to live long- when asked him about his secret of having such a nice healthy and long life, he said – ‘Keep a quiet heart, sit like a tortoise, walk sprightly like a pigeon and sleep like a dog’. This was the secret of his life which he revealed.

He was a man who had a peace of mind. Breathing technique and calmness was the secrets for his incredible long life. He would have kept a strong diet definitely. But apart from all this, the old living man has recorded a history for the future.

In this world still there are people who do not live the grueling lifestyle, they dont have to breathe the polluted air or they do not have stress in their lives. there are many who exercise regularly, eat  proper food and live a healthy lifestyle. These are the people who spend their time in nature. And yes there are people who are physically, mentally and socially healthy.

Why can’t we be like them? Can we? it is very hard.

It is very hard to believe, but you have to believe it. It is so unfortunate that we all know what can let us live more than 100 years, but our sedentary lifestyle and our addiction to it has given us the average life spans of 70 – 75 years.
