According to the property registration records reported by *Hindustan Times*, the lease was registered on November 7, 2024, and has a tenure of five years. The property is leased to Dipan Bhuptani, a senior executive with D’Decor Home Fabrics, with an upfront security deposit of ₹1.23 crore. Notably, the lease includes a tiered rent structure, starting at ₹20.5 lakh per month, with incremental increases reaching ₹23.98 lakh by the end of the five-year term. The agreement also includes a rent-free period for the first 10 months.
Shahid and Mira’s residence, measuring a spacious 5,395 sq. ft., includes three reserved parking spaces. Originally purchased from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd in May 2024 for nearly ₹60 crore, the property’s value underscores its status as a premium asset in Mumbai’s luxury real estate market.
