After the attacks in 'Uri' (Jammu & Kashmir), MNS party put forth the ban over all the Pakistani Artist in India and issued a 48-hour ultimatum to Pakistani artists and actors including Fawad Khan and Ali Zafar, to leave India. Even director Karan Johar broke the silence and spoke up on the ban on Pak Artistes. Later on, there were reports about Virat-Anushka alleged break up. As well has the release of the Movie ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’. The week then ended on Salman Khan’s comments on the Ban on Pak Artists and indirect support to Pak artistes which led to a rise of social media trolls on him. Karan Johar: Karan Johar broke the silence and spoke up about this to a news Channel,” I understand the anger and the anguish that surrounds us, my heart bleeds for the lost lives. There is nothing that can justify this terrible feeling of terror, then you are faced with situations such as this. If this was a solution one would take but this is not a solution. I don’t believe it is. There are large forces that have to come together and solve this situation and this cannot be banning talent or art. The 44-year-old filmmaker said he feels "vulnerable" while speaking about it publicly. "I feel vulnerable and scared while even saying this. I completely feel the pain and anger. If my film is targeted because of this, it will make me exceptionally sad because my intent was to put out a product out of love and nothing else." When asked how he will deal with these threats, Johar said, "I don't know... I beseech everyone to look at it holistically and understand the situation, that there is a larger situation here and it has nothing to do with banning talent. Overall, the movie earned over 66 Crore in the first weekend. Salman Khan: Sallu Bhai received lots of criticism from the political parties after his comment on banning Pakistani artistes in India. At an event in Delhi recently, Salman Khan was asked to comment on the ongoing debate. The actor said “They were terrorist they are artistes two different issues” When asked to elaborate, Mr. Khan said, “Are these artists’ terrorists? They come here on a visa, who gives them that visa? Our government gives them visa there is the difference between terrorists and actors.”
