Popular Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh’s grandmother is no more. She died today morning. She was not keeping well for a very long time. Family and friends are in shock after the sudden demise. The actor has cancelled all his commitments after the unfortunate incident.
Earlier in January this year, Ranveer’s alleged girlfriend Deepika Padukone also visited his grandmother. Gully Boy actor was very close to his grandmother. While talking about his her, Ranveer had said to Grazia India, “As important to me as oxygen and water. I am very affectionate with everybody – my fans, my family. I was raised that way. My grandmother mollycoddled me. There was lots of hugging and kissing in my house,”

Coming back to the work front, Ranveer Singh was last seen in Padmaavat, which earned more than Rs. 500 Crore worldwide. He has also finished shooting of Gully Boy directed by Zoya Akhtar. The movie also features Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. The actor is slated to start shooting for his next film Simmba directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Karan Johar. The movie also features Sara Ali Khan in the female lead role and Sonu Sood as the main villain.
