Rakhi Sawant is the Bollywood controversy queen and this time too she has taken all the limelight. Thanks, to her last year controversy of comparing Sage Valmiki with Singer Mika Singh. In the case, Ludhiana Court summoned her to appear in the court on March 9. She didn’t appear and that’s why Punjab Police was back in Mumbai to arrest her. At the latest, Rakhi reveals that she is using free wifi in Jail.

Those who are talking this news seriously, then I must tell you that she is not at all arrested in the case. The Punjab Police did arrive in Mumbai by they didn’t catch it. Soon after that, the news broke that she was arrested but it was all fake. On the same day, she was doing one of her photoshoot projects, that clearly means that she was not arrested or absconded. Though some of her fans don’t know and that’s why she was pulling their legs on social media.

When the arrest news broke the internet, she was actually busy with the photoshoot project. Bollywood publicist Dale Bhagwagar said, “Contrary to reports, Rakhi Sawant has not been on the run or in hiding. Nor has she been evading anyone or absconding. She has not received any summons or warrant, and she has not been arrested. She has contacted the Police, though technically that does not imply ‘surrender;’ as the media has conveniently misconstrued after a report in IANS. If the Police call her, she will present herself before them.”
The publicist also added, “I was with her all day when the news broke out in the media. We did a photoshoot for a tabloid in the morning at Lokhandwala (suburb of Andheri). It was a concept where she was having watermelons on the streets, beating the Mumbai heat. She even interacted with people on the pavement and took selfies with fans. After that we continued to be in Andheri, meeting people and interacting with the media. She visited her gym. And all this, while Rakhi was dressed in bright shiny fluorescent green, making it impossible for people to miss her. When we heard of the reports in the media, I asked her to check with the police station of her residential jurisdiction. But she said, they told her they were not aware of any arrest warrant.”
Overall, Rakhi Sawant is not at all behind the bars and she is enjoying her freedom by doing waxing and photoshoots.
