The rumours went on for quite a long time that Priyanka Chopra and  Nick Jonas were dating each other! These rumours came to an end when the duo shared their Roka Ceremony pictures, which took place at Priyanka Chopra Residence in Mumbai! Like the fans and us all were amused and shocked with the sudden engagement news of Priyanka and Nick, that much strange was Priyanka Chopra’s mother, Madhu Chopra’s reaction to it and here’s what it was!

In a recent interview with Vogue magazine, Priyanka Chopra talks about how her mother Madhu Chopra joked about her quick decision and said ‘it’s in your genes’. According to the interview, both PeeCee’s parents met at a party in Bareilly, and were married ten days later. Madhu Chopra jokes about her daughter’s own fast engagement. “She’s like, ‘It’s in your genes, ” says Chopra.
