You might be aware that the production house of Priyanka Chopra is called Purple Pebble Pictures. The second movie of Purple Pebble Pictures aka Priyanka Chopra’s production house called “Sarvann” was slated to release on 9th December. But many Bollywood movies owing to the economic distress and currency shortage had forced many producers to shift their movie dates. Like Bollywood’s sexy crime movie “ Wajah Tum Ho” has shifted the movie dates by a couple of weeks.
And the same is presently happening with Priyanka Chopra too. Priyanka Chopra has shifted her second movie’s release date by some weeks.
Her mother Madhu Chopra commented on the entire matter saying that, “Considering the short-term economic challenges faced by the people, we decided to shift the release date of the movie on the auspicious day of Lohri on 13th January”.
Sarvann is the second movie of PC’s production house. Her first movie was a Marathi film called “Ventilator”. So, it will be really interesting to see how the movie fares in box office and if demonetization will really effect the movie’s collection at the box office.
