Priyanka Chopra Misses Oscars 2020, Shares Throwback Moments
New Delhi: Priyanka Chopra will miss the Oscars this year but her excitement for the Academy Award could be seen reflecting with her social media posts.
PeeCee recently took to twitter and revealed that she would not be able to attend the Oscars 2020. The 37-year-old actress, however, stated that she is excited for watching it on screen.
Her tweet also had a hashtag named PCOscarParty and asked her fans who theyr are rooting for.
“Couldn’t make it to the Oscars this year but I’ll be watching with you! Let me know who you’re rooting for.” She added the hashtag #PCOscarParty,” the actress wrote on the micro-blogging site.

India’s Desi girl, who had earlier made two head turning appearences at the Oscars red carpet, misses being at the Hollywood’s big night and also shared throwback pictures of her looks and asked fans to pick their favourite ones.
The former Miss World made two back-to-back appearances, in 2016 and 2017, in the Academy Awards. Sharing the throwback pictures on Instagram, the actress wrote, “A little throwback to my Oscars looks. Which one was your favorite? Oscars 2020.”

On work front, the actress has a busy schedule with many releases lined up. PeeCee will next be seen in Netflix’s adaptation of The White Tiger, co-starring Rajkumar Rao. She also has the superhero film We Can Be Heroes and a film with comedian Mindy Kaling in the pipeline. She also has Amazon’s web-series Citadel.
The actress also announced the ‘sangeet project’ with Amazon Prime.
