Model-actress Poonam Pandey and her male friend have been booked by the Mumbai Police for violating lockdown guidelines on Sunday.
Poonam along with her friend Sam Ahmad was roaming around Mumbai’s Marine Drive on her BMW car without any reason.
“A case has been registered against the two under sections 269 (Negligent act likely to spread infection of a disease dangerous to life) and 188 (Disobedience of order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and under provisions of the National Disaster Act,” said a senior police inspector Mrityunjay Hiremath.
Police has also took custody of her luxury car.

Poonam Pandey rose to fame in the year 2011 during the Cricket world cup. She claimed to run nude in the stadium for team India if it wins the game. India, however, won it but she was not allowed to do so.
Since then, Poonam keeps her fans engaging through her hot videos and photos on the social mediums. She also has an app – ThePoonamPandeyApp where she posts completely nude videos for her fans.
