The official trailer of the upcoming controversial biopic PM Narendra Modi, which was released in March, has suddenly vanished from the internet.
The trailer of the biopic, which chronicles the life of the prime minister, has been removed from both Google and YouTube. If you try to search for the trailer of PM Narendra Modi biopic, the one that tops list the trailer of the web series: The Journey of a Common Man.
When you try to type words like “pm modi biopic trailer” on YouTube, you will see the message, “The video is unavailable”. Here is the screenshot:
The Election had mentioned that “any poster or publicity material concerning any such certified content, which either depicts a candidate (including prospective) for the furtherance (or purported to further) of electoral prospect, directly or indirectly, shall not be put to display in electronic media in the area where MCC (model code of conduct) is in operation. The team is losing confidence, but we hope and pray that we get justice and we release our film. For the first time it has happened that a filmmaker has to go through this.” Producer Sandip Ssingh told IANS.
